An individualized plan of care tailored to the full spectrum of needs for our patients and their families is the foundation of our hospice service.

Each patient we serve is faced with unique circumstances associated with end-of-life care. Valley Regional Home Hospice Care strives to meet those challenges and ease those burdens. Our interdisciplinary team works together with the patient and family to provide the highest quality medical care, as well as social and spiritual support. Our goal is to walk alongside those we serve to provide end-of-life care with respect and dignity.

Nursing Care

We provide compassionate, patient-centered hospice nursing care designed to bring comfort, dignity, and support to individuals and families facing life-limiting illnesses. Our dedicated team offers expert medical care, pain management, emotional support, and guidance—ensuring every moment is met with peace, respect, and quality care.

Certified Hospice Aide

Our hospice home health aides provide gentle, compassionate support to help patients remain comfortable and dignified at home. From personal care and daily living assistance to companionship and emotional support, our team is dedicated to enhancing quality of life for patients and peace of mind for families.

Medical Equipment

Our hospice DME services provide safe, reliable durable medical equipment to support comfort and independence at home. From hospital beds and mobility aids to oxygen equipment and safety supplies, we deliver and maintain everything needed to ensure patients receive compassionate, seamless care in their preferred setting.

Medication for symptom & pain management

Our hospice medication services focus on effective symptom and pain management to ensure comfort and quality of life. We provide timely medication delivery, personalized treatment plans, and ongoing monitoring to keep patients comfortable and supported throughout their care journey.

Bereavement Support

Bereavement Process

Our Hospice Bereavement Program offers compassionate care and guidance for individuals and families navigating the journey of grief. We provide ongoing emotional support, resources, and a listening presence to help you heal and find hope. Each year, we honor the memory of loved ones with a special Balloon Release ceremony, creating a space for reflection and remembrance.
